** Discounts May Not Be Combined ** REFUND POLICY: Bundle pricing and complimentary services are offered as a courtesy and are only available when the full bundle is completed. If a refund is requested before all sessions in the bundle have been used, any completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard pay-per-visit rate. Complimentary services included with the bundle (such as the Initial Consultation / Initial Intake and Brain Gauge Assessment) will also be added back at their standard value. Any remaining balance will then be refunded. Complimentary services themselves are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is collected for them.
At New Braunfels NeuroGenesis, every care plan is personalized — because no two nervous systems are alike. Your IASIS Certified Technician will work closely with you to design a rhythm that honors where you are and supports where you want to go.
The following is our general recommended protocol:
🌿 Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–4) 2 sessions per week for 2–4 weeks
Building momentum and establishing a baseline response.
🌿 Phase 2 — Reinforcement (Weeks 5–8) 1 session per week for 2–4 weeks
Reinforcing and deepening the shifts your nervous system is making.
🌿 Phase 3 — Integration (Weeks 9–12) 1 session every other week for 2-4 weeks
Allowing your nervous system time to integrate and stabilize.
🌿 Phase 4 — Consolidation 1 session every third week for 2-4 weeks
Gently supporting lasting patterns as changes become more natural.
🌿 Phase 5 — Maintenance 1 session per month for 2-4 months
Periodic tune-ups to support long-term nervous system health.
Most clients find that 20 sessions provides the fullest, most lasting experience — covering all five phases plus a couple of monthly maintenance visits to help lock in the gains.
Think of it like physical therapy for your brain — consistency and repetition are what create lasting change.
While the protocol above serves as our general roadmap, your nervous system will guide the pace. Some systems respond quickly and need fewer sessions. Others are more resistant and benefit from additional time and repetition. Your technician will monitor your progress and adjust your plan accordingly.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. We listen to your nervous system and follow its lead.
